Here is what is coming up on Saturday on the next two hours of the around the House Show, Eric G.
Speaker A:Gives you his tech tips to get the most out of your wi fi and Internet, plus some new smart products for your home.
Speaker B: ch means if you're paying for: Speaker B:So you're screwed basically on getting faster speeds out of it.
Speaker B:So in that case, you might need to jump on, do an upgrade.
Speaker B:I did it at my house because I realized that I'm like, oh, there's my bottleneck.
Speaker B:Where's my bottleneck?
Speaker B:Yes, it is this switch.
Speaker B:So I went back and upgraded those.
Speaker A:In the second hour, Eric G.
Speaker A:Talks insurance claims with public adjuster Andy Grzek and his tips to get what you paid for with your insurance.
Speaker B:But his replacement value on this building was $130,000.
Speaker B:The cleanup of them stripping down, getting the water, getting it dried out from the broken pipe from the freeze was $105,000 that they get him at the bill with.
Speaker B:So now he's got a house that is basically ripped down to the studs because it had eight hours of water running upstairs, full half inch pipe.
Speaker B:He had no idea that the company that he was working with, the insurance company, said, we'll send our guy out there.
Speaker B:And he got in trouble on that thing quickly because the cleanup before they started building it back was bigger than what the replacement value on the building was.
Speaker C:So that's a great scenario for like your listeners because they don't understand what they're doing when they're calling the claimant.
Speaker C:That's why we always say, what do you do when you have a claim?
Speaker C:You call us first and we'll handle everything.
Speaker B:Yeah.
