[00:00:37] Eric Goranson: Have time to get that information out to you last week. And we sure won't this week. This is our only podcast, only episode that we do each and every week. Thanks for joining me today. Happy Wednesday, everybody, man, here in the Pacific Northwest where I'm located. I'm so excited. We have had a week or two of kind of fifties and rain and on Friday, it's going to be 90 degrees into me.
[:[00:01:15] Eric Goranson: And I don't want another one of those with people losing their homes here in the Pacific Northwest. I hope everybody's doing well. Thanks for joining me today. I wanted to talk a little bit about something that's coming up in this weekend's TV show, but it's something that I tested. And these guys sent it to me about a month ago.
[:[00:01:53] Eric Goranson: Now I have some challenges. I have hardwood floors. I have two big dogs, one of them sheds like [00:02:00] nobody's business. And so this is what robotic vacuum cleaners nemesis are. Because, I tell you what, that longer dog hair tends to really gum up most vacuums. And so I tested the Roborock S8 Max V Ultra Robot.
[:[00:02:51] Eric Goranson: And this thing is crazy. So this here has all these different technologies with it. So it has this edge to edge cleaning where it has this little [00:03:00] rotating brush that gets all the corners. It's got their reactive AI 2. 0 obstacle recognition. It's got the voice assistant. It's got all these different things.
[:[00:03:35] Eric Goranson: So you could sit there and wash this good size floor, Two or three times without having to do this. And it's got its own cleaning agent stuff that goes in there. So that way it scrubs the floors and it is cool. So it will do a hot water mop on the floors using a little bit of water. And then it dries it as it's going.
[:[00:04:19] Eric Goranson: So it'll do the little brush on the side does 185 RPM, just cleans it all. And what's crazy is you can be going across the floor, this hardwood and roll right up against carpet and it keeps going, but it's not mopping the carpet either. So that's the cool part. So you don't have to worry about what carpets and stuff are damaging the carpets that way.
[:[00:04:56] Eric Goranson: It's got great suction. It's designed for hair and carpets. [00:05:00] It'll take up 99. 5 percent hair pickup. Using its carpet boost system. It just mops and cleans. This thing's absolutely insane. Now here's the thing, and this isn't going to be for everybody, but if you look at it from my perspective, this where this is where I think it's great, it's about 1800 bucks and I have had a lot of different brands, including huge companies out there that were sent to me that were.
[:[00:05:50] Eric Goranson: And clean it up and there is no question this thing does better than my meticulous Get out the broom get out the [00:06:00] vacuum get out everything and get the get a hand mopped This just does a better job. Check her out. Check this thing out. It's made by roborock r o b o R o c k and if you're looking for something special for mom For for dad for father's day for the single dads out there You This thing is absolutely amazing and it has definitely been the best product I've reviewed yet.
[:[00:06:45] Eric Goranson: And I tell you what, this thing just handles it. So really impressive. Check it out from Roborock. You can get it online. Amazon, uh, I think Best Buy has it and a lot of different stuff here, but I'll tell you what, I'm going to give this thing five stars. It's that good. And [00:07:00] guys, I got to really thank you.
[:[00:07:23] Eric Goranson: And just in a couple of days, we've had over 13, 000 views just in that one right there, and that one's taken off to some good numbers and there are so many different things we've got over there that you should take a look. As far as interviews, I went through and gave you some basics on. Uh, paint primer, what's the right primer to use in what instance?
[:[00:07:57] Eric Goranson: All those things before you dig [00:08:00] the first hole, how do you place it? Where does it go? We talk about that last week. I talked with Craig Elworthy. About a lawn bright about a great lawn care system. You don't have to have the big sprayers and pay companies anymore, but you've got a subscription model here where you can pay just a little bit instead of that big spring monthly fee that you pay to your lawn care people, and they'll send you a organic hose in sprayer.
[:[00:08:41] Eric Goranson: And took different tarps and thought, let's see how we can do this and see if we can make something work. What's a good tarp thickness. What's not. And so we went through and tested a bunch of different tarps out there. And then we also started talking about push to connect plumbing fittings and all that different stuff.
[:[00:09:15] Eric Goranson: And once you see it, just look at it. It'll say Fox 12, Oregon, when you click on that video.
